Payment methods include major Credit Cards, PayPal and Internet Banking. If you pay with a Credit Card or PayPal, you will
receive your license key immediately via e-mail. If you pay via Wire Transfer or Internet banking, we will need to confirm
the funds manually before you can download the product. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive instructions via
e-mail how to activate your software (you will need the license key to enter it into the software to unlock it).

How do I purchase updates when new versions of the software are released?
Since all purchases are covered by 1 year of free updates, there is no need to purchase updates during the
first year after purchase. You simply download the installation package and reactivate using your license key.
After the first year you have the option to purchase Maintenance Agreement coverage,
which will insure you against new updates for a whole year. We will remind you by e-mail a few days before your
current agreement will expire. A Maintenance Agreement is not an absolute requirement, but unless you are covered, you will be
required to purchase new versions at their full price.

How do I upgrade between Editions?
This is possible by only paying the difference in price between the new edition and your current edition. If you are covered by a
Maintenance Agreement, you will also be required to pay a very small fee to cover the difference in price between Maintenance Agreements
for the different editions. This will be less than the price of a full annual Maintenance Agreement, and will be based on how many
days of maintenance coverage you have left.
