[28 Jul 2009] Community Forums Launched!
We have launched a new section on our website: the Community Forums! You can visit the forums by clicking the "Forums" button at the top of our website, or else directly here: http://forums.mybill.com.mt.
The idea behind the forums is to allow customers and non-customer to have their say on topics related to the utility bills in Malta and topics related to the calculator itself. We have split up the forums into very simple categories:
- New Tariffs - Discussions regarding the new tariff structure introduced restrospectively since 1 October 2008.
- Old Tariffs - Discussions regarding older tariffs (pre October 2008) which included a fuel surcharge mechanism.
- General - Feature requests and bug reports for the Malta Utility Bill Calculator™ Tool.
- Case Studies - If you would like to share with us how you are finding the Malta Utility Bill Calculator™ useful, post your case here! (e.g. save for actual bills, calculate tenant's consumption, etc)
The above forums are open to the public (anybody can post, as long as they are registered users). The below forum, on the other hand, is open only to paying customers:
- Customer Discussions - This forum is reserved for paying customers only.
If you already purchased a copy of the Malta Utility Bill Calculator™, do not register for an account through these forums. Instead, please follow these instructions to create your forums account:
- Log into our Customers Area (http://www.mybill.com.mt/calculator/login.aspx);
- Click on "My Account";
- Click on "[Change]" next to "Password";
- Retype your password next to "Password" and next to "Confirm Password" (you may wish to change your password at this stage);
- At the bottom-right corner, click the button "Create Forums Account". This will create your forums account using your username and password.
As a paying customer, you now have access to the Customer Discussions forum and you can log into the forums using the same username and password you use to login into our Customers Area.
So go ahead, be the first to post your opinion, question or suggestion on our forums!
